We offer this 8-week program at two different levels:
Learn to Play: This class is for adults who have never played tennis before or have very little experience. We will teach grip, forehand and backhand, volley and serve technique. We will be using red balls (lower compression) to focus on control and feel. This program runs on our Padel Court, which is smaller than a tennis court, however it is a good fit for beginner skills training.
Tennis 2: This class is for adults who have taken our Learn to Play Tennis program but are looking for further instruction at the beginner/novice level. We will continue to cover technique for forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Each session will include an agility warm-up.
There is a maximum of 6 participants and each class is 1 hour. Everyone must have their own racquet and wear indoor running or court shoes.
