COURT RENTALS

Rules & Policies:

1. Everyone must wear indoor shoes only -- no exceptions.  Comfortable athletic clothing is also recommended.
2. There must be at least one adult present to supervise a group of minors.  Rental participants must conduct themselves appropriately to ensure there is no potential for damage to the facility and equipment.
3. There is a maximum of 6 participants permitted on the courts during a rental.  Programs and birthday parties led by our staff will have a maximum of 10 participants.
4. It is the responsibility of your group to exit the court no later than your scheduled end time. 
5. Equipment is available for rent if required. Otherwise, you may bring your own.
6. We recommend locking all valuables in lockers. You must bring your own lock.  Your lock must be removed after your rental or program time, otherwise it will be cut off.
7. Full payment must be provided upon booking. We will not temporarily hold reservations for any period of time. You may only book and secure ice time with full payment.
8. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will not be granted at any time. A credit in the amount of the rental fee will be applied to the rental customer's account at Rookie + Ace Multi-Sport. Note: if there is a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the court time, there will be no credit granted.
9. Rookie + Ace Multi-Sport does not accept any responsibility for personal injury or damage, loss or theft of personal items, or for anyone present on the invitation of such Team/Rental Customer/Organization/Party. The consumption of alcohol and use of tobacco or cannabis products are strictly prohibited at this facility. The use of these items or similar products will result in automatic cancellation of the facility rental without refund. The listed rates are subject to change without notice.
