We run a 4-week program for $95 and an 8-week program for $195.
This program focuses on improving throwing, catching and running skills. Participants will learn the skills and basic game play for handball, baseball, basketball and dodgeball.
All equipment is provided but if you have a baseball glove it is helpful if you bring it. Participants must wear indoor running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (ie shorts and t-shirt). There is a maximum of 6 participants with 1 instructors and each class is 40 minutes.

Take your skills to the next level in this exciting multi-sport program! Compete & Play is designed as a progression from Throw, Catch & Score and Swing, Shoot & Score, bringing together all of the fundamental movement and sport skills learned in those classes into more dynamic games, challenges, and team play.
Participants will continue developing catching, throwing, striking, kicking, and batting skills while also improving agility, coordination, balance, flexibility, and overall athletic confidence. Each week introduces fun skill circuits, partner activities, mini-games, and sport-inspired challenges that encourage teamwork, decision-making, and active play in a supportive environment.
This program is perfect for children who are ready to combine their skills, build game awareness, and enjoy a wide variety of sports and movement activities while staying active and having fun! Participants must be able to throw and catch well to join the class.

This 4-week program for beginners focuses on teaching core basketball skills, including ball-handling, passing, shooting, and defense. It gradually builds from stationary drills to game-like situations, emphasizing proper technique and fun.

Move through our three levels as your child becomes more comfortable with the skills!
Learn to Play: Beginners with limited or no experience playing pickleball. This program introduces basic strokes, positioning and strategy specific to pickleball. Participants will also play simplified games to learn the basic rules and scoring.
Pickleball 2: This 8-week program builds upon the technique and game strategy learned in Level 1. Participants should be comfortable with forehand and backhand strokes as well as serving to enter this level. They will continue to practice those shots and they will also learn how to volley and dink. Instructor-led game play will assist the players in identifying opportunities to execute the strategies learned.
Paddles are provided but participants may bring their own paddle, if desired. Participants must wear indoor running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (ie shorts and t-shirt). There is a maximum of 6 participants with 1 instructor and each class is 1 hour.

Learn to Play: Beginners with limited or no experience playing tennis. This program introduces footwork and agility specific to tennis, as well as basic strokes: forehand, backhand and volley. Participants will play interactive games focused on having fun and developing the skills required to play the game.
Tennis 2: This program builds upon the skills covered in the Learn to Play Tennis program: basic forehand and backhand groundstrokes and volleys. Players will also learn overhead smashes and tennis terminology. It is common for players to take this program multiple times before progressing to Rookie Tennis 3.
Tennis 3: This program builds upon the skills covered in Rookie Tennis 2. Players can move to this level by recommendation only.
Raquets are provided but participants may bring their own raquet, if desired. Participants must wear indoor running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (ie shorts and t-shirt). There is a maximum of 6 participants with 1 instructor and each class is 1 hour.
