This 6-week program is for adults who have never played tennis before or have very little experience. We will teach grip, forehand and backhand, volley and serve technique. We will be using red balls (lower compression) to focus on control and feel. This program runs on our Padel Court, which is smaller than a tennis court, however it is a good fit for beginner skills training.
There is a maximum of 4 participants and each class is 1 hour. Everyone must have their own racquet and wear indoor running or court shoes. Contact us if you would like to purchase a racquet.
