This 8-week program introduces basic strokes, positioning and strategy specific to padel. Participants will also play simplified games to learn the basic rules and scoring.
Raquets are provided but participants may bring their own raquet, if desired. Participants must wear indoor running shoes and comfortable athletic clothing (ie shorts and t-shirt). There is a maximum of 8 participants with 2 instructors and each class is 1 hour.
